Some countries have good natural resources, but they sell it for higher prices to other countries, and they buy the same natural resources from other countries which will be cheaper, but of a poor quality!!
, Really, weird action, but its for the sake the country's income itself, so sometimes we cant blame them for doing the best that they can!!
