You mean a hacked/stolen credit card.. i dont recommend it, because the billing informations will not match, except if you have a full hacked CC, and you create a new pp account with the same informations as the CC..
but however it will not success, because paypal request a code after adding the CC, itīs sent to the billing email address of the CC, so you will not got it and you cannot get the verified status in your account !
