Maybe Itīs Allowed For The Bank Accounts.. But CCs Iīm Sure About It The Proof Is Above !
But I Think Itīs A Good Step To Protect Members Privacy.. Maybe Someone Stole The Credit Card, So They Catch Him, Everything Is Possible, As There Is Lots Of Ways Of Cheat..
