Yes, Itīs Same As AlertPay.. But 1 CC Per Account ! Im Sure About That Except If They Changed The TOS ! My Friend Tried TO Verify Another Account, With The Same CC, It Says The CC Already Been Used, And Some Few Hours, Both Accounts Are Limited, And After He Contacted Them They Said We Need A Proof Of Your Billing Address. And The Reason For The Limitation Is That Someone Tried To Add The CC On Another Account (This For His Primary Account) And The Reason For The Limiting His Second Account Is That He Used To Add A CC Already Been Added On Another Account (His Primary Account) They Thought He Stole The CC !
