I heard the same thing... 75% of Dubai population are foreigners.. only 25% locals... who have been showered with gifts from their rulers...
The own the land/properties and let those foreigners run the country's economy...
I was told that in the middle east, black money is allowed... is that true?? does anyone have an explaination to this???
