Paypal is by far safer, and better than Asianpay. Their service is not bad, but their reputation is off and its not very popular at present.
Asianpay was charged with many fraud cases by the police of Thailand and Singapore. The owner, Italian businessman Carlo Sorio, whose office is in Singapore, was accused of luring people with false promises, that if they invested in Asian pay, they would get back their capital and interest over a period of time. But AsianPay stopped paying its investors after the first few years. The company was started in 2000 or 2001.
I guess not many people feel secure creating an account with AsianPay after the owner deceived many of the clients. Its best to steer clear off this PP.
