In Pakistan, i know people have successfully withdrawn money through checks, but i believe Bank accounts work as well. Just go to Withdraw Funds > Bank Transfer > Add Bank Account.
However, If you're withdrawing by check (in USD) you'll need to have a
Dollar account (in Faisal bank, CitiBank, ...) to cash it.
While Paypal has *some* customer care services, AlertPay has zero (especially if you write to their customer care e-mail address provided), but you can post in their AlertPay Developers Community Forum:
