Payoneer uses MasterCard prepaid cards to enable payouts from websites to individuals worldwide. in the middle of the website there is a flash design as i think, and there is payoneer partners cards there, you can see the background is totally different so you can customize it and make your logo there ! this is an example of istockphoto.com debit card (it´s from payoneer) look at the background

in fact i prefer payoneer because they have the best/fatest services, and reliable program, also they have a resonable prices and fees for the cards.
