From your above explanation, do you mean have the amount at least RM50 in the bank account right? As for the last 4 digit, you need to request from the bank or they will send you the letter automatically. How long you will obtain your card from the day you submitted your application letter? They will send the card through mailing post to your house or just a piece of letter where you have to collect from the bank?
