Any international member can join and earn but the site must follow these requirements:
The Site:
Any Site applying for the Adpoint and/or Exitpoint Service must comply with the following:
1. Adsmarket Network does not accept personal pages or chat sites into the Adpoint and/or Exitpoint Service. However, Adsmarket Network reserves the right to consider a site for participation if a site contains targeted, text-based content and/or provides a product or service.
2. The Site must not contain broken links and must be launched, functioning, and easily navigable.
3. Sites must respond adequately to support requests and enquiries of their users.
4. The Site must not require or prompt an end user to download a dialer in order to view content of the Site.
5. A site or third party cannot display Ads, received under the Adpoint and/or Exitpoint Service, including as a result of the actions of any software application, such as toolbars, or by pasting the Adpoint and/or Exitpoint ad code into any software application.
Placement of Ads in the Site:
Publisher shall place Ads in the following manner:
1. Publisher shall embody the Adpoint and/or Exitpoint ad code in the Site “as is”, no modification shall be made to the ad code without obtaining prior written consent from Adsmarket Network.
2. Web page within the Site shall not contain any advertisement in common with any other Ad.
3. Ads must not be displayed on any domain parking websites, pop-ups, popunders, error, registration, or "thank you" pages, or in any email.
4. Ads may not be placed on web pages published specifically for the purpose of showing ads, whether or not the page content is relevant.
5. The Ads must be placed within the Site in such manner so that no other element shall obscure any portion of the Ads, including the Ad colors.
6. The Adpoint and/or Exitpoint ad code may be placed on pages with content primarily in English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, or Spanish. Ads must not be displayed on any page with content primarily in an unsupported language.
7. In order to avoid any copyright claims, Ads shall not be published in areas such as MP3, Video, News Groups, and Image Results. However, Ads can be displayed on pages with Links to these items.
Prohibited/Fraudulent Clicks
Please note that clicking on your own Ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of Advertiser Fees. In addition, the Site may not include incentives of any kind for users to click on Ads. This includes encouraging users to click on the Ads or to visit the Advertisers' sites as well as labeling the Ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements."
