Yes. AMBank only can verify. But they cannot withdraw the money.

If Public Bank can give lower annual fee to the card, why consider the VMI? VMI is only suitable for country which don't have other choice to cash out the PP fund.
Are you sure AMBank can verify and cannot withdraw? I read through an article posted by a Malay some days before, they guy told me he can cash out through AMBank ATM machine. Please verify.
