that is exactly what these ppl actually are doing by keeping that min deposit high...they set up an invisible filter through which only the serious investors and financially able investors are able to invest...it's a good policy but then the investment porograms neds to live up to it, by attracting these kinds of investors the site will need to take good care oif them, or it will go down as easily as any other hyip or lyip.
