actually it's don't care sort of a situation really, it does'nt matter where they raise money, legal or illegal an admin who runs away with your money and the admin who raises money through illegal means both of these can be termed criminals in any law book but then who chases them?? your ill thoughts...nah! that's the only reason why hyips and other such scam and ponzi scams keep coming into the ,arket make it one hell of a place for newbies and run away with pockets as heavy as a big rock!!
