Mostly all PTC owner's have a problem to their paypal account. All of their paypal account specially their money had been freeze and under investigation. Thats why all PTC owner are shift to alertpay or e-gold as their payment processor to their member. And some PTC owner close their PTC site because of bankruptcy.
