Well, most HYIP programs depend on Ponzi schemes. But a few of them that last long, usually trade Forex. Forex is highly risky investment opportunity. If you win, you can expect as much as several times the equity itself and if you lose, you might just imagine like you never deposited any money!. Only 5-10% of the total market players make winning trades. The rest of them - usually scalpers, lose money. Forex trading is legal as you aren`t the only person doing it!. In fact you are the market that decides the rate of an instrument/commodity.
